BD+ A Good Day to Die Hard (German)

I have a problem with my disc. I can't create a backup so I can play it.

After creating a backup, I get a message saying my player needs an update. When I play the disc, it works without any problems.

Can anyone help me and tell me what the problem is? I'm using the latest version MakeMKV 1.18.2.

Did MakeMKV successfully create a backup of your disc? If it failed, can you post the MakeMKV log of the failure?

Yes, I was able to create a backup, but I can't play it.

When I try to play it, I get an error message saying my player needs an update. Something's wrong with the BD+ key.
