Diary Of A Mad Black Woman
I am unable to rip this using the newest version of MakeMKV. All is smooth until 579.9 MB and the program freezes. No error nada. The program has been stuck for about a hour and tried multiple times on restart. The disc is brand new and even tried to clean. Any help?

Presuming that there's no problem with your drive, I'd suggest you exchange the disc at the place of purchase for a new replacement disc...

If you use windows7 or vista, please make a debug dump from task manager per instructions at http://www.makemkv.com/onlinehelp/dump.html , once the application hangs (even if it didn't crash).herbcheck wrote:I am unable to rip this using the newest version of MakeMKV.
