Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

If that fails, could you also provide your TGZ dump file here please? Either as an attachment or via a download link? This would help The Powers That KEYDB support your disk too.

My apologies for the late reply, but I don't post here often. At the time, I had tried downloading the keydb.cfg file and it didn't work for me (It's definitely helped in the past multiple time though, so thanks!). I think I ended up trying a week later and it worked.

Anyway, I'm going off of older information, I was was just emailing it to the makemkv email address they mention in one of the stickies. Should I be uploading it to a cloud drive and posting a link instead?

Always email to svq@makemkv.com, but replying with a public download link is also a Good Idea as it allows people to try adding your disk to the KEYDB.cfg file as well.

Do you still have that TGZ dump file please? It might be worth checking whether it is in the KEYDB file yet.

Thanks, and can you also zip up the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk please, and provide a download link for that too? The copy of this file inside your TGZ dump file has been truncated to only 56 bytes, which makes it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV itself.
