I've been trying to rip a BD that I made, into a MKV. It's a two disk set, and the first disk worked perfectly.
The second disk gives me this error: "Copy complete. 0 titles saved, 1 failed"
Debug log file attached.
Thanks in advance.

Hi!
Have you confirmed that your second Homebrewn Blu-ray disc plays properly?
What software and procedures did you use to create it?

Re: Blu Ray Rip Error - Arrgh!
Yep, the disk plays fine with VLC.
I ripped the disk to my hard drive with no problems, and MakeMKV still failed to convert it from there.

Looks like invalid video stream (at least from MakeMKV point of view). Did you encode video yourself? What encoder and blu-ray creation software did you use?
Re: Blu Ray Rip Error - Arrgh!
The HD video was captured to a .ts file using a Hauppauge HD-PVR and Total Media Extreme software.
I then used TSMuxer to create the BD folders (Mode 1 / 2048, UDF 2.50), and Imgburn for burning.
The two disks (1 and 2) were created the same way, yet Makemkv only craps out on the second one.
Wondering if the disk was faulty, I ripped the suspect BD back to my hard drive, and pointed MakeMKV to that folder. I received the same error message.

Re: Blu Ray Rip Error - Arrgh!
I've downloaded two trial versions of other software programs. Pavtube Blu-ray Ripper, and Tipard Blu-ray to MKV Converter.
Both programs work on the disk.
I had to cancel both conversions because of their trial version limitations.
