new lifetime key bought, is not working

hey all, I have purchased the lifetime key for 50 bucks and consider that a great deal for this program, only problem is the new key is not working
I have tried removing the beta version and loading an earlier one but that did not work either

I am using a new IMAC with Snow leopard

any help would be greatly appreciated

it makes a world of difference when you know your not left out there hanging after the online purchase is over.
