ASUS BW-16D1HT

Post by mono323 »

Hello,

I accidently flashed a MT1939 Firmware to 3.10MK.
it finished with command produced error code 0x81000002
then i tried to recover it via sdf tool from 3.10 to 1.01 again which didnt work SDFtool is not responding for some seconds but then doesnt do anything.
(The drive isnt responding anymore)
in SDFtool the drive is shown as ASUS_BW16D1HT_BOOT
Can i still save this drive?

Thanks in advance for your help

I think in mt1939 you can just upgrade again but you will have to do it through cmd
Sdf tool has safety's built in for mt1939 to mt1959

Thank you very much Billy.
its working again!
so i followed the UHD Drives Flashing Guide which describes how to flash a BD via CMD.
First it showed me the error: no drive tool logic found in sdf.bin
then i saw the -t mtk19xx flag tested it and it worked.
Should have read the UHD Guide again before opening a topic i guess.
Sorry.
