Die Hard 2 die harder

Cant get this one to rip. I tried what i know, Rebooting, cleaning disk, trying the drive in different computers and it just fails every time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Knowing something about what error messages you receive would be helpful. It could be that the disk is scratched up and unreadable... but we cannot know yet.
