The "Recommended drives" and firmware to flash them with is very convoluted and doesn't say which utility to flash and what version to flash with absolute definitive. It says it on several different paragraphs and bullet points.
The drive in question is an BP60NB10.

It's not hard. If the drive is new, it's most likely a BP60NB10 SVC: NB12.
