Bug? No DV since 1.17.3

Hello,

I am using MakeMKV under Linux.
However, as of version 1.17.3 there seems to be a bug that prevents DV on my setup. I am using Kodi 21 on the Android TV Philips 77OLED807. If I create an MKV in version 1.17.2 from a decrypted ISO, the TV displays Dolby Vision. If I play an MKV from 1.17.3, however, it no longer does. At most, HDR is displayed here.
However, if I play the MKV on the nVidia Shield, Dolby Vision works.

According to the changelog, this was changed in .3:
Notable bug fixes: DV HEVC streams with certain encoding were processed in a non-compatible way

Maybe this has something to do with it?
