makemkv failure with Californication

hello
for some reason the makemkv for linux latest version is identifying the fake files as legit for season 1 of Calilfornication, and ignoring the other files entirely. is their any other way other than manual advanced commands to correct? Also anyone else come across this problem, and if so how did you solve it.

Are you trying to rip a blu-ray or a DVD?

it is a dvd season 1 imported from i think down under. all the other seasons are easy as can be. so i found that season somewhere else. i just do not like to leave a problem unsolved. i will check out the link.
