Hello, I'm sorry if this has already been covered. I tried searching but was unable to find the answer. I am going to be switching to a new Windows 11 computer from an existing Windows 11 computer. I'd like to easily export my settings so that my new machine can pick up as if nothing has changed. Can this be done?
Thanks.

Re: Switching computers
I'm not aware of any 'export settings' functionality in MakeMKV. If you've made a custom conversion profile, you can move those files to the appropriate directory on your new install.
Lots of people seem to use MakeMKV in a mostly default configuration. Have you made a ton of changes to your MakeMKV?

Re: Switching computers
Sorry for the long time to respond. I did eventually find the answer. Preferences are saved in the Windows Registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MakeMKV
I was able to export them and re-import them on my new machine. Worked like a charm. Hope this helps someone else out.
Also credit to @Woodstock since it was one of their posts that provided the answer.
