LG WH16NS40 not ripping

I have a brand new LG WH16NS40. I used the SDFtool Flasher with WH16NS60 1.02-MK from MK firmware pack. But it has NOT been able to rip successfully rip 4K UHD blu ray discs. Towards the end, it always shows an error. For one movie, it says "The source file '/BDMV/STREAM/00294.m2ts' is corrupt or invalid." For a different movie, it said "The source file '/BDMV/STREAM/00278.m2ts' is corrupt or invalid." The discs are brand new and also spotless. :shock: :shock: :shock:

Yeah if its on multiple disc your new drive is defective return it and get a BU40N
