MKV/MVC->Iso

I have just purchased a 2nd hand Zidoo H6 PRO player to learn what kind of animal it is, as it supposed to play all the 3D kinds, mkv/mvc included. Well, it doesn't, but it plays reasonably well 3D BD ISOs. The problem is my whole collection is made of mkv/mvc'es. Is there any way to automagically convert them to ISOs? I am aware no menus and such but I am more looking into single title autoplay type of the disk. A solution for Linux would be preferred.

AFAIK, not much has changed in the last years so this still applies.

Thanks! I think tsMuxer is the way to go.
In the meantime I purchased Zidoo Z9X and it plays everything 3D/2D and does it smoothly. The best player I have for well over a decade.
