I have an LG BE14NU40 that I've been using since 2015-Jan and I was wondering if it's possible to change out the enclosure's internal drive to a newer model, such as the WH16NS60? I tried looking for anything online, but I couldn't find much. I was mainly looking for caveats to watch out for, teardown instructions, and screw driver sizes needed.
Any info would be a big help, thank you!
Is it possible to change the drive in a BE14NU40?

It's possible but it won't have the rounded front anymore I think all you need is a phillips#2

What Billy said!
That being the case though I think it still looks cool even with the front portion hanging out. I know I've got pictures here somewhere I did this to a few of the old cases, way too cool to throw away.
