The addition of DV ripping to MakeMKV is great for a lot of people, but I have no ability to play DV content, and thus have no interest in the format
Rips on newer versions of MakeMKV are just unnecessarily bigger for those of us who don't/can't watch DV content - an extra 3-5GBs per rip does start to add up over time!
It would be great to have an option in the track selector to skip the DV layer - similar to how you can toggle the MVC track for 3D content.
