Where is the reference for custom file names?

I want to rip files to a single folder, using the name of the movie and the year in parentheses: c:/temp/Godzilla (2014).mkv This will make it easier for handbrake to batch convert.

Also, for TV series, c:/temp/Game of Thrones/Season 1/Game of Thrones - S01E01.mkv (Plex naming format) would be great. (OR c:/temp/Game of Thrones - S01E01.mkv, and I can copy the files into the correct folder after converting)
