Can only play some Dolby Vision files on TCL Roku 4K TV.

I've spent the last four hours messing around with muxing MP4s from UHD Blu-ray .m2ts files and getting various other Dolby Vision sample content and none of them are playing via my TV. Some LG sample content does work, though. Does anyone know how I can get Dolby Vision content to playback locally on my TV? Here's MediaInfo for files which did play.

So, none of these played, but the top two did. Any ideas on what is causing those to play and the rest to not? So far I'm limited to streaming for DV content
I can play back pretty much any HDR10 stuff from MakeMKV with no issues. In fact, removing the 1080p DV track with MKVToolNix from Blu-ray rips and just leaving the 4K HDR10 stream with AC3 audio is playable on the TV.

Solved. Use dv-profile 5 in MP4 Muxer.
