Video Player on Smart Android TV

can you recommend me a video player for my new Android Smart TV Philips? I don't like the player of the TV because it does not support external subtitles over DLNA. I nee player with good subtitle support and options (size and position). Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

DLNA is a limiting factor here - I haven't seen subtitles work with ANY player over DLNA, regardless of the platform. Players that work fine with subtitles on SMB networking see nothing if the same file is played via DLNA.
