Fatal errors on my .iso files what to do ?

Cant get my .iso files to Mkv without getting this on more then 40% of my Dvd iso files.
All the Iso files works perfect in VLC and Plex.. Have tried to use mactheripper on the .iso and no errors or bad sectors, takes the new ts folder to MakeMKV but just get the same Fatal Errors !!!

Have installed XP via Parallels and download MakeMKV, same problem!

My system is OSX 10.6.4 iMac I7 and MakeMKV 1.5.8, same problem on my MBP 13" 2010.

Have search for answes but cant fins something to workaround my problem, dont feel to have 100 movies in Handbrake becuase 1 movie takes 100 times longer then MakeMKV, and all the settings to get it right just get me headache.

All i want is that MakeMKV just should work i really love this software but cant pay for it when it doesnt work 100% so please somone maybe have any clue ?

Many ripping programs produce corrupt ISO files. The next version of MakeMKV will be more tolerant. To confirm, please submit a debug log from any ISO that fails, per instructions at http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/8/catid/6
