Installed v1.12.2 on a new system running win 7 on a Ryzen 7 2700x. Upon attempting to run I get a "Application Failed to Initialize" error and won't proceed. Checked User account controls and there doesn't seem to be a problem. Every now and then, for no rhyme or reason, it just ups and runs. Uninstalled and re-installed several times including older versions to no avail.
This is a critical support application for our Plex Server.
Anyone have any ideas?
UPDATE:
Right clicked on Makemkv and selected "Troubleshoot Compatibility". For some reason this suggested windows xp compatibility but it worked.
