Movies ripping with French/Spanish Dubbed over the audio

I JUST recently started using this program, and I LOVE it. All was going well, until I noticed while playing back some of my freshly made mkv's, that some of the movies (Juno, V For Vendetta, etc.) had foreign languages dubbed over the English!! I'm sure there was something stupid that I overlooked, but you can imagine why this is frustrating.

Do I need to rerip the DVDs and select some other options/files, or what do I need to do to correct the fudge up?

This depends on what player you have, but most players have an option to change audio track, and select the english. You could also try deselecting the non-english audio tracks when ripping the movie.
