and another fault

When trying to make a .mkv with one of my movies I get an error with the following log:

All of these errors show that your VOB files (on hard drive) do not conform to DVD specification. What program did you use to create them? Did you use any transcoding tools? Also please try the latest version ( 1.3 ) and see if it still fails.
