I am using the trial version of the beta and the ability to backup the disc is disabled. Is that a limitation of the trial version? Everything else seems to function. I am experiencing one other strange thing but I'll post that under a different topic later.
Thanks in advance.

You can use the temporary beta key found here:

but it will need to be updated periodically.

You didn't mention whether your disc is DVD or Blu-Ray but the back up feature is Blu-Ray only.Yukiko wrote:I am using the trial version of the beta and the ability to backup the disc is disabled. Is that a limitation of the trial version?

Thanks d00zah. Will give it a try.
Lovely Rita, I tried both DVD and Blu-Ray. It was disabled for both.

I entered the key and "Backup" is still Disabled. I did restart the program after entering the key.
Tested on Hilary's America Blu-Ray and Doctor Quinn ?Medicine Woman DVD.
I am running Windows 10. My Blu-Ray drive is an ASUS. Don't know the model but MakeMKV extracts the video files so I don't know why the backup feature would not work.
