Fatal Error Occurred, program will now exit error help

hey guys,

I keep getting this error message "Fatal Error Occurred, program will now exit" today. it worked fine yesterday and I am not sure what to do. I uninstalled rebooted my pc and did a fresh install twice but it still keeps happening. does anyone have any advice?

Without knowing what the fatal error is, it is hard to say; is there anything in the operating system's event/crash log about it?
