Blue screen on disk drive interrupt

If the source drive is interrupted (disk eject) and you select retry on the makeMKV message, a blue screen appeared. Fantastic package, I can live with it given its overall performance.

Yes, I get the same on the rare occasion this happens. Win 10 x64.
