Suggestion: Option for no minimum video length

I'm working with blurays of old laserdisk games, and find a number of short cut scenes are being omitted because of the 2 second minimum on video length. Can we get that down to Zero?

That option is already in the preferences.

If you check carefully, although it initially appears that you can set the minimum time to -0- seconds, you'll discover that it resets to a lowest possible time of 2 seconds...
