Current version of MakeMKV 1.5.5 and 1.5.4 crashes went attempting to open any of the discs from the Seinfled season box sets. Tried season 8 and season 9 both the same behavior.
Where the log cuts off is where the program crashes in MakeMKV_log_read.txt.
Now I do have access to anydvd too so I tried running that in the background and I was able to extract the episodes from the DVD but a rather strange thing happened when I tried to process them with x264, Handbrake would refuse to open the MKV files stating they are not compatible but Ripbot264 would. I've attached that log file as well hopefully its useful.
Edit: Missed the FAQ entry, I've now sent the IFO data and logs via email.

Re: Crash on Seinfled DVD
Hi!
If I remember correctly, the producers of these DVDs had a penchant for "Autorun" files. Try holding down the "Shift" key throughout the loading of the disc...

Re: Crash on Seinfled DVD
Gave it a try holding shift and it made no difference still crashed MakeMKV.
Also the MakeMKV message "Fatal error occurred, programm will now exit" has a miss spelling

Re: Crash on Seinfled DVD
I found a couple of DVDs that cause MakeMKV to crash in the exactly the same way. Its not autorun causing it, I assume it is something in the disc structure that upsets MakeMKV.
