Failure - Bone Collector DVD

Hi

Decided to use MakeMKV to rip my entire 200+ DVD collection. Great little app you have here, well done!

Just one failure so far - Bone Collector on DVD. Error message below - I haven't seen this message anywhere on these boards so wondered whether anyone can give a view as to what is going wrong, and what if anything I can do to get around it? I really want to stick to MKV uncompressed format if I can.

Error 'Posix error - Permission denied' occured while reading 'DVD+R-DL MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-868 KB19' at offset '1048576'
Using direct disc access mode
Cant't locate a cell for VTS 1 TTN 1 PGCN 1 PGN 21
Title #0 was skipped
