Scsi Error

Hi There

Been using Makemkv for a ew months now to play my Blurays through a WD TV player and so far its been working well but
I have started to get an error message.

Error 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TIMEOUT ON LOGICAL UNIT' occured while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00136.m2ts' at offset '23305672704'

Any idea?
