I don't quite understand what you mean. But as far as I know you can read EDID with the utility https://entechtaiwan.com/util/moninfo.shtm.
Thanks I'll check out that tool. At 1'39" of your video, there's a black info overlay but now that I look at it, it seems maybe from your capture card (would you mind sharing which card ?). That's also helpful but not what I am asking about. I was asking how did you get EDID info from your TV. I thought wrongly that signal info showed it in your video. RESET_9999 explained few pages ago & I wondered if you were using the raspberry pi/Pgenerator. PS: That moninfo tool didn't show anything useful (EDID) when I connected my Bootcamp/Mac to my LGTV via HDMI.

That's so funny, I just finished doing that but didn't find anything useful related to DV or HDR... I think it seems CRU depends on the GPU on the laptop (MacBook Pro 2018 i7, Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655) or the USB-C to HDMI Anker adapter , but unsure ! full edid BIN =256 bytes. Extension blocks:
GPU-specific limtations:
CRU can read extension blocks from displays connected to AMD and NVIDIA GPUs.
CRU can't read extension blocks with Intel GPUs or switchable graphics.
Older drivers or GPUs may only support up to 3 extension blocks.
