Hello! I have the exact same drive. I am still very new to this and I am trying to figure out my next steps without a whole lot of luck.

Completely unplug the drive form USB. Reboot. Plug back in. You might also check "device capabilities" in BDRFlash and set the fastest mode. Not sure if it has any effects with your drive.
