If your TGZ dump file is named "MKB20_v82_SHIN_GODZILLA_CF30.tgz" then it has already been added to KEYDB. However, if not then you would still need to change its "Share" setting so that people could access it.
Share changed. My bad. When I go to rip it shows it’s still encrypted. Realized the problem - KeyDBHelper was downloading a blank file so it was wiping out the existing keydb.cfg file.
