my Pioneer BDR-S09XLT is now a Pioneer BDR- S11 4K UHD

No. Your 209 V1 needs to be flashed to S11 V1. But I'm surely not perfect.

Thank you soo much @Coopervid. This has worked perfectly and has now allowed me to rip Willy Wonka and Shawshank Redemption from the WB 100 years box set.
Tried 4 times using my 'newer' Asus BW-16D1HT. and even did a backup and tried to rip from that, but still failed every time. Disc read errors every time.
No issues at all with the Pioneer and it ripped both disks first time.
