I agree that if you copy/paste the text from the post in a browser, it does download the file, but the link as posted in the message is broken.

Thanks for providing this dump file . Can you also provide the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk please? The copy of this file inside your TGZ dump file has been truncated to only 56 bytes, which makes it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV itself.

Would you also have access to another UHD drive please? The BDR-UD04 (Verbatim 43888?) doesn't create a TGZ dump file that The Powers That KEYDB can use .
