Thanks for the feedback. I'll take a look and fix that in the next update.

That bug should be fixed in the new update I just posted. Thanks again!

Thanks SamuriHL, that could be a nice little time saver. Did get windows controlled folder access all mad by trying to write to Documents but but that is expected as it is set to block this sort of thing by default. Had no complaints about pulling down the file and putting the keydb in the MakeMKV folder.
But what isn't good is that it thinks "FindVUK.exe" is a virus and quarantined it Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml Any thoughts on why it might be triggering it?

I got the same thing. It's a false positive. I've been using that version of findvuk since it came out and this is like the third time it's been flagged. My code is pulling it from the findvuk website directly so it's nonsense. Just ignore it.

Ok. So when I got the pop-up, I just went ahead and put in my bank account, social security number, mother's maiden name... :D

I went to the doom9 thread and saw the conversation about it there. Seems to be all good.

Like I said it happens a lot. I just whitelist it each time. I could create a version without findvuk but it does a really good job on differential updates and I'm lazy. Lmao

"how do i uninstall this" You delete the files. It never installed so you don't need to uninstall.

Hi Samury,

Thanks a lot for your helper :)

Will be possibile have a helper that simply do the syncronize without show nothing and then exit?

Kind regards

I have no plans to add that no. Sorry.

Those who read my KeyDB Helper post very carefully could be rewarded. ;) I've updated it to include some new functionality using both FindVUK under the covers and the keydb.cfg file itself once it's downloaded by FindVUK. Enjoy :D

I just released a new version of the KeyDB Helper. I left some debug logging in place in the last release by mistake and it causes the log to grow very quickly. I highly recommend grabbing this release.

One more update for the KeyDB Helper. This one locally validates the unit key(s) for your disc and if the locally validated data doesn't match the keydb, it updates the keydb entry for your disc and runs a findvuk validatedisc to update the entry. This allows people to fix bad entries in the keydb.

Does it also run findvuk validatedisc for entries with (LEGACY) and/or (NOTVALIDATED) in the comment? Might be useful to run it for those as well.
