It’s not about the money, but you sent me “ Too many one-time-posters that never read their PMs.”
So because others dont respond i know have to pay for something that has ben giving away for free.

I spend time reading in here and thinking it was a nice forum to learn some stuff, but im not feeling welcome when my first post has to be approved from someone, and my first pm is more or less just send me money or i will not help you.

You could just have textet, we/i dont give it away anymore since it’s not supposed to be public knowledge how to do it, and i would have understanded it.

I don’t mean to be rude and i will still be reading and using the forum, there is a whole lot of knowledge on here. but will most likley look in the direction of a new drive instead, as this drive is over 10 years old.

Considering a first post this was more then rude. You frustrated me and others might be affected negatively. I learned my lesson with new posters. Your drive is fine and new ones are much more expensive and most don't work if not sold by a seller. You made the wrong choice. You will see.

You made a stupid decision and I will be more precautious with new time posters. Shame on you.

I think you are overreacting a little bit, try to see it from my side, i don't think i was rude the first time i asked, it was a polite question if i could get the guide, as i can see others before med have gotten for free, therefore i ask on the forum if i also could get it for free instead off paying someone, whos first message to me is to make a donation before i get help, and now i just get shamed on for replying.

if you in your initial message had mentioned anything about i not being public friendly i would of course not have asked about it.
all this first time poster lesson could have been avoided if the first message was a little more informative.

i can sense we don't agree at all, so maybe its best we just let it be as it is.
I have no hard feelings at all, i can see it from your side as well if you get a lot of new commers who don't reply after they got the answer, i would have my guards up as well.

I have changed the way now and ask new posters if they are willing to make a donation first. Believe me: 7 out of 8 new PMs of one-time-posters are stuck in my outbox and have not been read. So you ask for getting a novel in a PM and still all for free? Go ask the salvation army. You might be luckier with them. Or ask Marty or Billy and pay the fixed $25 they ask for.
