I similar boat. Wish I had read this before making payment.... I Bought early yesterday. Only thing I received was the PayPal receipt. Nothing from PayGlobal 2checkout or MakeKMV.
Concerned they are both on hiatus, or just a broken system. ..? lol
PS I checked my spam folder...

Just make the purchase, got the code within minutes

I bought yesterday Morning.. All I got was a PayPal receipt with PayProGlobals email and phone number..Nothing else...
I sent email.. So I am waiting.
Did try calling PayProGlobals number. Does not work...
No Idea why I never received code.. And yes I checked my spam folder...
Minutes turn in to hours hours turn into days..
No Biggie I can wait. But they have a serious deficiency with support.

I finally found a good phone number. they got me fixed up within minutes.. Whew..

This is a very old thread, the previous messages are from 2019 and there's a completely different payment provider now...
I received the code in minutes using PayPal.
