Because the MakeMKV dump is <1 MB, I’ve included MKB_RO.inf as required.

As MrPenguin noted, you should be using file hosts rather than trying to post disc dump files as attachments. I was very clear in both my original post and even my forum signature that attachments should not be used.
I do appreciate that you tried to include the MKB_RO.inf file in your submission but please read the original post in its entirety before attempting any future submissions.
