As far as I can tell there is no need to flash the drive, since everything says "Yes" and the status says "Enabled". It should work out of the box.
I may be totally wrong since I am also new to this. Just give it a try with a UHD Blueray

I tried, but it doesn't read UHD Blu-rays.
