Very dead - it won't mount any disk. Tried different cables, computers, OS's. Same result.

I’m really sorry for reviving this old thread. I’ve just got a fresh copy of the Wicked 4k disk. I have downloaded the latest version of makemkv and I also own a license. I’m using a Buffalo BRUHD-PU3-BK as my drive. Have ripped over 16tb worth of movies and no issues. However when making a backup for this disk I get no errors but my ziddo and R_volution players cant read the file. The movie strata but the menus is black and does not show all the options. When playing the movie nothing happens just black screen.

I’m so lost at this point. Any tips?
