The JPN version had a problem in dolby vision and Disney recalled all the discs and changed one with no problem.
I changed the HASH of the original key and keep the unit key, and decrypt succeeded orz....

This is odd... Your Unit Key appears to be shared by these other disks:

Hi all,

I have the steelbook from the USA and I have disk version:
"MKB20_v77_The_Boy_and_the_Heron_A726"

I'm on v1.17.7, and getting: "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted"

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I'm actually surprised MakeMKV cannot open this disk natively though, because I believe your variant is the same as 2A12, which was submitted here.
