Does the UHD update for BDR-UD03 also address the sleep issue?

I am so sorry to bother you, really. I basically bought this drive assuming it could handle uhd and enabling uhd would be the only thing keeping me from sending it back. So thank you for doing what you are doing, and I would be grateful for a pm.
