Hi,
Attaching dump of file MKB20_v77_Barbie_C1BA
Gertting "cannot decrypt" error.
Amazon Japan 4k UHD disk.
I sent this to your email a few days ago, but so far no success.
Pleae advise as to when a new patch is available.

Just a heads up, they never respond to the emails, you just have to periodically retry until one day it starts working.

Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=62194E19F4EC)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as \\.../MKB20_v77_Barbie_F029.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

Please also email the dump file to
svq@makemkv.com so a
hashed key can be created.

The latest
KEYDB.cfg file already contains this disk. Have you tried copying the latest KEYDB.cfg file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
