I submitted a dumb file in Feb of 2023 but it still does not work even after downloading the latest sdf.bin.
UHD decryption keys aren't in the sdf.bin file. MakeMKV will download them automatically when you attempt to decrypt a UHD that your MakeMKV install doesn't already have the key for. If keys are downloading correctly for you, then I suggest submitting your dump again.
