Contagion (US) Won't Rip to MKV

Im not seeing a file in my data folder. What do i look for? I went to the preferences menu to see what folder it was saved to and also made sure the BD+ dump box was checked to "always" create dump files. But I don't know what to send as I don't find any file.
I'd like to help with my copy of contagion which doesn't rip to mkv. I have downloaded all the svg files and put them in the svg folders but it still quits soon after starting. I have included the last few lines of the "debug" script (whatever that is) to try and help also.

Think i found it. If it is the tgz file in my makemkv directory then it is on its way to mike.

I also cannot rip Contagion. I tried to send in a dump file but the email address bounced with an error that the mailbox is full.

His mailbox is full from users sending him Contagion dump files, I would imagine!

I sent him one yesterday morning. 4 MB worth of data. Multiply that by a decent fraction of the userbase and BOOM his mailbox fills up.

I'm observing a sense of momentum here and in anticipation of the first truly negative post I offer this "Top 5 list of responses you don't have to post":

5) Why doesn't this software EVER work. (Being dramatic won't help.)

4) How are they going to fix the problem if they won't accept MY dump file? (Something tells me if the mailbox is full they have more than enough examples to analyze.)

3) I am having the same problem with disc <NAME>. (Your in the wrong thread.)

2) But I'm one of the few people that actually PAID for the software! (So did I. Patience is still a virtue. Encourage others to pay as well.)

1) Don't they know the queue from my movie rental mailing service is backing up? (Select "3 movies at a time" to avoid this problem in the future.)

SVQ file updated for yet another Contagion variant.

There must be more variants for Contagion as the most recent SVQ file still is failing after 44MB's. I just emailed in the dump file a few minutes ago.

Got it! It wouldn't rip at first - even after downloading the latest SVQ file - but then I realized I didn't have the latest version of makemkv. I was using 1.7.0.

So, I downloaded 1.7.1 (Mac) and it ripped perfectly. Thanks to all the staff for your hard work. I hadn't actually purchased the program yet, but after seeing how quick and thorough your customer service is, I just went and paid for my copy via PayPal.
