This dump doesn't contain the metadata needed to calculate a full KEYDB entry, because you seem to have copied the files directly to your hard-drive and then used MakeMKV to open them from there. Can you use MakeMKV to create a discatt.dat file for your UHD disk please? Basically, you would need to start an encrypted disk back-up into a temporary directory, wait for the discatt.dat file to appear, copy the file to somewhere safe and then cancel the back-up.
