Thanks, and I think the latest KEYDB.cfg file already contains this disk. Have you tried downloading this file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

You mean the ‘keydb_eng.zip’ into /Users/pauldownie/Library/MakeMKV, is that right? Without unzipping the file?

Or do you mean ‘unzip keydb_eng.zip, and put the contents, put keyed.cfg into the folder, then restart’?

I’ve JUST done the latter: and that seems to be working!
