The website only supports HTTP, but some browsers (i.e. Chrome) always try using HTTPS instead. In which case, you would need to force your browser to use HTTP for this site.

I’m submitting a key dump for a standard (non-UHD) Blu-ray and wasn’t sure if non-UHD titles are accepted here. Any advice would be appreciated.

Can you adjust the "Sharing" option on that file please, so that everyone can access it?
