Thanks!! The flash appears to have installed successfully, and the drive recognizes 4K discs now, but it can't seem to decrypt any 4k disc I've tried. Any thoughts?

Most likely It's not supported yet natively by Makemkv. Read this and install KEXDB.cfg.
