Thanks, unfortunately the tool doesn't recognize the drive... it's a Verbatim BIAA 43891. Is that the reason? or what could be the reason? Started the tool as admin and tried other ports too.

Did you follow the tutorial???? If so, the enclosure chip is the problem.
